President & Founder
Malcolm is the President and Founder of Done-Right Construction & Renovations Inc., bringing over 20 years of experience in residential construction and project execution. His leadership sets the benchmark for quality, accountability, and professionalism across custom homes, major renovations, and complex residential projects.
Scott
Project Manager & Site Foreman
Scott is a Project Manager and Site Foreman with over 24 years of experience in the construction industry and a Carpentry Diploma from Algonquin College. He manages daily site operations, coordinates trades, and maintains schedule, safety, and quality control. His steady leadership and technical expertise support the efficient execution of complex projects.
Kristyn
Design Lead & Client Coordinator
Kristyn leads the design department at Done-Right as Design Lead & Client Coordinator and holds a BCIN license with over a decade of residential design experience. She works with clients from concept through construction, guiding design decisions while balancing aesthetics, function, and budget to ensure a smooth, efficient build process.
Olivia
Architectural Designer
Olivia is an Architectural Designer with a Small Buildings BCIN certification and an Architectural Technologist diploma, specializing in residential design and permit-ready documentation. She produces clear, code-compliant drawings and 3D models that support efficient approvals and high-quality construction.
Stacey
Office Manager
Stacey supports Done-Right Construction’s operations and administration and is a graduate of the Office Administration program at Algonquin College. Her organizational skills and attention to detail help keep daily operations running smoothly and support a high level of service.
Myles
Lead Finish Carpenter
Myles is the Lead Finish Carpenter at Done-Right Construction and has been with the company since its inception. He is responsible for finish quality, detailing, and craftsmanship across custom homes and major renovation projects. His precision and consistency are central to Done-Right’s construction standards.
Mike
Lead Carpenter
Mike is a Lead Carpenter with over 20 years of field experience and a Carpentry Diploma from St. Lawrence College. He is known for his strong technical skillset and problem-solving ability on complex projects. His work supports efficient execution and consistent quality throughout construction.
Cole
Junior Project Manager / Apprentice Carpenter
Cole is currently studying Project Management at Algonquin College. He supports construction teams while developing technical skills and an understanding of project coordination. Cole represents Done-Right’s future leadership and long-term growth.
